Training

Training Schedule:

Monday— Steady run, 18:30. Meet at the ‘Old Vet School Corner’ of the Meadows (by the big playpark).

Tuesday—Swimming, 20:30-21:30. St Leonard’s Land, 3rd floor.

Wednesday—Club cycle, 14:00. Meet outside the Commonwealth Swimming Pool.

Thursday—Intervals (running), warmed up ready to run at 18:30. Meet at the ‘Old Vet School Corner’ of the Meadows (by the big playpark) warmed up.

Friday—Rest day / Spinning, 19:30-20:30. Velocity in the CSE. (06/11/17- 17/02/17)

Saturday—Swimming, 13:00-14:15. St Leonard’s Land, 3rd floor.

Sunday—Club cycle, 10:00. Meet outside the Commonwealth Swimming Pool.

You can do as much or as little as you like – once a week, once a semester, every day, it is entirely up to you. There will always be people who go to every session and there will always be people who only go to a few, whatever you want to do you won’t be alone.

Additional training sessions may be organised throughout the year and will be publicised in the weekly club email.
